Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Silverdiamonds.co.uk offer a seven day exchange or refund policy for all silver items except pierced earrings (due to hygiene reasons). Our diamond jewellery may be exchanged unless it is one of our bespoke items.
The seven day return policy starts from the day you receive your jewellery. If you are unhappy with your design of bespoke jewellery, we can make a new piece of jewellery around your original diamond. You will only pay for the new design and metal.
If you need to return an item for any reason, please notify us by e-mail to
receive a return confirmation number and return shipping instructions on returns@silverdiamonds.co.uk.
Items must be returned unworn and in the same packaging as sent. Special orders,
postage and insurance cannot be refunded unless there is an
error on the part of Silverdiamonds.co.uk.

Private Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for two reasons: one, to process your order; two, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not forward your email address to a third party unless you have given us your consent.
The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number, email address and credit/debit card details. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. Your credit card details are not kept with us, they are only held with our payment gateway secure server at Protx.com.
How to Make Payments
We take payments via a secure payment gateway using an amalgamation of Protx and Barclays bank.
We Accept all major credit and debit cards including: Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro and Solo.

Goods will only be delivered to the card holders address after verification. We also use Master Card ‘SecureCode’ and ‘Verified by Visa’ along with ‘the 3rd man’ . All attempted fraudulent purchases will be reported to the appropriate authorities .
Delivery Times
All orders are made according to customer requirements.
At most times of the year, we aim to deliver your order within 7
working days after receipt of payment, depending on availability.
We will advise you if your order is likely to take longer than 7 days.
Bespoke hand made items may take longer depending on the complexity of the item
Please be advised if you paid by credit card we only ship to the card
holders address. All attempted fraudulent purchases will be reported to
the appropriate authorities.

Infrequently, data may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur and we do not honour inaccurate or erroneous prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. Goods are subject to availability. If we do not supply the goods we will refund any money already paid. We will not be liable for compensation or damages if we do not supply goods. In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in great detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs.
